SERVICE
Service is our highest priority. Our customers depend on Parsons to not only respond within a timely manor, but to have both the expertise and parts available to make repairs on the first visit. We offer a 4-hour response time, which means that within a 7-county area our technician is in our customer’s location. Basically, if you call us in the morning we’ll be there by afternoon, call us too late in the afternoon and we will arrive next morning.
Most copier companies manage only one or two product lines, but at Parsons we know it is to our customer’s advantage if we can offer multiple manufactures products. Our sales team can “cherry pick” the “cream-of-the-crop” models within each of the different manufacturers so that our customers will get not only a non-biased opinion, but the very best fit for their unique office environment for the most competitive price.
